@Kevin - Thanks for stopping by. I'm glad you're enjoying the blog. I started it because I couldn't find much on local eateries, so I'm glad there are others out there with similar interests. As far as your cafe goes, thank you for the invitation. It's always great to hear about more potential places to eat in the area that support the local community. If I'm ever in the area, I'll swing by and give it a try, but no worries about the grand tour, I just like to eat. :)

Hello,

I am glad to see we have a blog on local food in brevard county. I belive there are alot of good localy owned independent resturants in Brevard county and it is good to see someone in town steering people towards them. I was hoping to get in touch with Brian LeGros. I would like to show him around our cafe. I think he would be very suprised at the quality of work we are doing here on everyday foods like salads, sandwiches and burgers. After reading through some of his Blogs it was obvious he appreciates the results of a resturant cooking food from scratch. We are cooking a large percentage of our menu from scratch going as far as drying our tomatos in the oven, breading our onion rings and chicken fingers, pressing fresh angus burgers daily, marinating and brineing our chicken breast for our chicken sandwiches making 5 of 6 of our salad dressings from scratch and more. We also have a full Barista station with everything you could want. We are a low cost option for a good breakfast, lunch or dinner in town. No tax and we don't accept tips so I really think alot of people would enjoy what we are doing if the were aware we are here everyday. I have attached my email and our website above. Please contact me if you would like to come over some day. We would love to have you. I wish you great success with your blog.
